Tommy Dunbar
President | Principal
Tommy, as President of Old Colony Holding Company, oversees the day-to-day business operations. He began his journey with Old Colony in 1998 as a technology consultant, was appointed Technology Director in 2005, and subsequently became Finance Director in 2010. Tommy leads with innovation and passion and has built an infrastructure that allows the company to thrive amid emerging technologies and shifting buyer and seller demands. A graduate of WVU Institute of Technology and the Leadership West Virginia Class of 2015, Tommy is also a 2022 HousingWire Vanguard recipient and a 2023 RISMedia Newsmaker Luminaries honoree .
Mark Mansour
Broker | VP of Sales
Mark has been deeply involved in the real estate community throughout his career. He served as President of the Huntington Board of REALTORS (HBOR) in 2007 and has chaired numerous committees, including New Member Orientation & Ethics Training, Membership, Bylaws, Legislative, and MLS. With 18 years on the HBOR Board of Directors, he currently serves as Board Advisor. Mark has also contributed to the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS (KVBR) MLS committee and board, and he currently sits on the North Central WV MLS Board of Directors for 2023-2025.
Additionally, Mark held the presidency of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® in 2012 and served as Treasurer in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2021, with 17 years on the State Board of Directors. He has chaired several committees, including Professional Standards & Grievance, Education, Finance, and Convention. Mark's contributions extend nationally as well, having served as the Regional Vice President for NAR Region 3 in 2018, overseeing a region encompassing over 75,000 REALTORS. He has also been actively involved in various NAR committees, including Board of Directors, Professional Standards, and Credentials and Campaign Committee.
Christi Short
Sales Manager | VP of Southern West Virginia
Christi, a dedicated leader in Southern WV's real estate community, served as President of the Beckley Board of REALTORS® and continues to excel as one of the top sales associates in the Beckley MLS. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her membership in the Circle of Excellence, showcasing her outstanding achievements and contributions to the industry.
Alisa Jackson
Sales Manager | VP of Sales Associate Development
Alisa learned how wonderful West Virginia was after relocating to Morgantown from NY several years ago. In her previous life, Alisa was a teacher for almost 20 years. She brings the qualities of organization, patience, and nurturing from her teaching career to real estate.
Real estate has become an engaging career for Alisa since she started in 2014. After many years of being a successful salesperson, Alisa is now Education Director and managing the Charleston office for Old Colony REALTORS®. Alisa has become very involved in the local and WV state REALTOR® boards. Whether it is being a member of or chairing a committee, or holding an office, she is always active in the professional community.
Some of her contributing roles in the industry include MBOR local director and committee member/chair, WVAR state director and executive officer roles, multiple WVAR committees member/chair, and WVAR Leadership Academy graduate. She has also served as the President of WV REALTOR® Relief. One of Alisa’s proudest achievements was being chosen as MBOR 2017 and WVAR 2021 REALTOR® of the Year. She looks forward to continuing to serve her professional community and collaborate with her peers.
Melissa Hornbeck

Melissa Hornbeck, Associate Broker has over 20 years in a real estate career spanning Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and her home state of West Virginia.
Melissa’s approach begins with the belief that each client and transaction is unique. From there, she focuses on competence, accountability, and ingenuity. Listening to her customers’ perspectives, clearly defining their expectations and aspirations, and guiding them accordingly is how she moves clients toward their happy endings.
With a gregarious personality and commitment to community, Melissa is highly respected in North Central West Virginia, in the real estate community, and beyond. She has served on local and state boards in both Maryland and West Virginia and is a multiple recipient of both National Sales Excellence and Quality Service awards.

Sarah Beavers
Sales Associate Development
Sarah started her real estate career in 2016 after 20 years in corporate management and sales. She is a 2018 WVAR Leadership Academy graduate and serves on two state committees. Sarah is the recipient of the KVBR rising star award in 2017 and is very involved in the local board including volunteering activities and being chair of Education and Technology committees in the past. Soon after starting in real estate Sarah became a trainer and joined Old Colony in 2020 as an agent development coach. Helping others reach their full potential is a realized passion and she looks forward to continuing to grow in that area of the industry. Sarah has a certification in Diversity from the National Association of REALTORS®, is C2EX certified and currently holds the GRI, ABR, GREEN, MRP and SRS certifications.
R. Joseph Miller
Commercial Services Director
Joe started his real estate management career in 1973 with Home Finders, Inc. in Charleston, WV. Since that time, he has managed sales offices in the Charleston, Morgantown and Hurricane areas. In 2003, Joe was named President of Old Colony Company. He has served as the chairman of the WV Association of REALTORS® Legislative Committee, President of the Morgantown and Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS®, the Preston County Board of Education, and the Board of Directors of Charleston Renaissance. Mr. Miller is a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute (GRI), is a Certified Residential Broker, and an Accredited Buyers Representative.
Jarrod Johnson
eServices Coordinator
Jarrod has been a dedicated REALTOR® with Old Colony, REALTORS® for over 10 years. Beginning as a part-time sales associate, he now also serves as the eServices Coordinator.
In 2020, Jarrod was recognized as the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year, and in 2023, he was named KVBR Chairperson of the Year. He is also a graduate of the WVAR Leadership Program (2019). At the local level, Jarrod has actively chaired and served on various committees and currently holds the roles of local director and secretary on the Executive Board at KVBR.
Throughout his career, Jarrod has consistently focused on customer service, with the real estate industry becoming his area of expertise. He is passionate about learning, helping others, and making a difference. In his free time, Jarrod enjoys spending time in his greenhouse and exploring the outdoors.
Zachary Rankin

Zach has grown up in the world of real estate and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to mentoring and guiding his agents at Old Colony REALTORS. Since joining Old Colony in 2011, Zach has dedicated over 13 years to the company, navigating nearly every position in the office during his career.
Zach is licensed in both West Virginia and Ohio. He plays an active role with the Huntington Board of REALTORS and serves as a Director of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS. He has chaired numerous committees and remains actively involved in various roles, including service on the Realtor Community Service, Public Relations, RPAC, Education/Programs, Government Affairs, Convention, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, Professional Standards, Strategic Planning, and Bylaws Committees.
Zach’s leadership has earned him multiple recognitions, including the Huntington Board of REALTORS President’s Award and the Outstanding Community Achievement Award. A graduate of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy, Zach is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to his agents, company, and clients of Old Colony REALTORS. His engaging and involved approach reflects his commitment to the success of those around him.
